[Pain...] But on the whole, I think today is a good day. Why? I have been having back pains for a long time now. Ever since I was done with NS and it started in Uni. I didn't do anything about it, except for the time when I went for an x-ray and they couldn't find anything wrong. Long story short, I visited a back specialist yesterday. I did an MRI. I went back this morning for the results. I don't understand most of the medical terms used, but to the best of my understanding, I have a disc in my back which is protruding and has tore a little. It is a downgrade-able condition and the specialist gave me a memo. I shall kick-start the process once I am feeling better. It's ironic. I have a problem in my back which I will need to live with for the rest of my life, but I am feeling good. I think something like this happens only in Singapore. Why? Because I am no longer combat-fit and no longer need to worry about things like IPPT, IPT and RT. Or quite possibly, even ICT. I do know of some people who have similar conditions as me. And they are all younger than me. How did this happen? This is generally a genetic or old age problem. How is it that young people like myself are getting afflicted with it? I can't say for sure, but I blame NS. It's a necessary evil, but performing my duties have done this to me. Does anybody care? No. I don't mean my loved ones, they, of course, will care. But does the people who caused this to happen...Care? No, they don't. I am just a statistic. ^^^ by Locksley @ 6:41 PM.

Broken for now. :( If anyone knows of a good way to display tweets without using Twitter's awful looking widgets, please let me know. Preferably something that allows me to retrieve my tweets in plain-text format.
