I think the only discounts that are REALLY good are the petrol discounts.

hmm the UOB NOW debit (platinum) is a so called "platinum" card... even though it is a debit card. Can get 5% off at shell =)... special priviledges at cathay too I think.
One irritating thing about it is that it is also an EZ-Link card. For me i use NUS EZ-Link. So i end up with 2 cards that can can cock up the machine... have to put the cards on different faces of the wallet to take transport ^^^ posted by
I think most cards are "platinum" now. I'm actually going to apply for UOB's ONE card. One of the discounts is $6/$8 for movie tickets at Cathay. I think that's quite useful.

Broken for now. :( If anyone knows of a good way to display tweets without using Twitter's awful looking widgets, please let me know. Preferably something that allows me to retrieve my tweets in plain-text format.
