[Why pay?]
Since Mas Selamat escaped god-knows-how-long ago, I believe some private companies have been offering rewards for information leading to his capture. In today's papers, some manpower company offered $50,000.
Morons.
I cannot understand why would private companies do such a thing. Publicity? Bullshit. Stupidity? Hell yes. If anyone should put up a reward, it should be the government.
Why should anyone else pay for the mistakes made by the government?
