[I'm making a list, and I'm checking it twice...]

[I don't know why I suddenly thought of writing this. It's not like anyone pissed me off recently.]

What do you do when someone pisses you off?

I'm not going to lie. I get ticked off very easily. Ok, maybe not really ticked off, but I do get annoyed at the little things. When Amber said (after the second season of Survivor) that she tends to be easily irritated but had to keep her feelings to herself and put a smile on her face, I could totally identify with that because that's what I do as well.

I guess many people would probably feel the same way at one time or another. The difference is how you deal with it. Some people laugh it off and don't take things to heart. I wish I could be like that, but I can't. I have a list. Not an actual "list", per se. I forgive, but I never forget. Which was ironic because for one of my modules last semester regarding effective management, that's what the lecturer said as well, but in a different context. I read one of David Beckham's books...I can't remember the title. It's the one with his face on the red cover. In it, he also mentioned he had a list of people who did him wrong (at that time, Simone was at the top of the list, no doubt).

It's extremely satisfying to learn that people who are on my list got what they deserved. Couple of years ago, I learnt that one of the mofos on my list got her's. That felt great. To the people on my list (no, they probably don't know it): Somehow, somewhere down the line, if our paths cross again and I'm in a position of power/influence, I'm gonna screw you over.

So, what about you? Do you have a list?

On to more regular stuff....Went to school today to try out my CS3266 project. It worked, although there were some minor kinks which I was able to iron out. That's a relief. This means I can continue coding at home and then exporting it over to the school's servers.

School restarts again on Monday. I need to prepare for a presentation, 2 mid-terms and write a 1500-word term paper. All this, before Monday. Lovely.

I don't make a list, I just degraded them from good friends to just friends/schoolmates/colleagues/acquaintances. However, I do feel extremely satisfying like you if they gotten what they deserved...lol
As I used to always say, everybody is a friend until they remove themselves from the list. I do not really remember such things although I doubt such people will be close to me in the first place.
