[I have a question...]

Actually, several.

Mark Henry & Melina, on their way to the ring for Mark to face Rey Mysterio.
  1. Why did they bring him back?
  2. Why did they put him in the main event at Royal Rumble?
  3. What has he done to deserve main event status?
Mark Henry has been back on WWE television for a couple of weeks now. I wasn't impressed with him the last time I saw him, and before this I only remember him as "Sexual Chocolate" (WTF?) and him kissing a chick with a dick (WTF?^2) on TV.

Here's a guy who knows less wrestling moves than the Ultimate Warrior (who knew that was possible?), and moves around the ring slower than Mae Young. In his match against Rey Mysterio this past week on Smackdown, Rey did the best he could to make Henry look good....But Henry still ended up looking like a lump.

For the love of God, take him off TV!

The reason WWE are so big on him was in 1996 he was signed to a lucritive 10 year contract after the Atlanta Olympics, the whole transexual/May Young storyline was obviously trying to humiliate him (as he is a legitimate athlete) so that he quits and they don't have to pay him a penny.

The Royal Rumble has a habit of putting non-main event competitors in title matches (remember Hardcore Holly vs. Brock Lesnar?). They're usually just fillers as they want as many main eventers in the Royal Rumble, so to cause confusion as to who wins.

They're doing a pretty good job, as I have no idea who will win the rumble.
like rhys said the contract will end this year, so i bet this is the last run they will give the big guy.
Hey KX, if got time please check out http://www.aopw.net

Singapore's Wrestling Forum. Hope your friends rhys and jorell join also!
oh yeah, If I rem correctly, that lucrative contract was worth 10 millions...just imagine with that kind of money, they could have hold on to Christian and whichever wrestler that was cut due to cost cutting measures.
I did not know about the $10 million/10 year deal. Geez...Talk about a bad business decision... :D

But yeah, I also read that this was probably his last run in the WWE. Thank God...Cause watching him in the ring brings tears to my eyes. And not in a good way.
Losing interest in WWE......
I have quit on them a while ago and jump on the TNA bandwagon. You gotta check out AJ Styles.
